The range

One product family, seven form factors.

Same cells, same battery management, same service parts. What changes is the enclosure and the power conversion around it, so a rooftop cabinet and a utility container behave the same way on your network and in your maintenance contract.

In-Kingdom manufacturing

Battery racks, the part we can build here.

Cells come from a handful of factories in the world. The rack that holds them, protects them and carries their current does not have to. Rack fabrication is steel, copper, coating and assembly work, and all of it can happen in Dammam.

One rack platform, four ways to buy it

Our racks ship inside our own containers and cabinets, and they ship on their own to integrators, EPCs and OEMs who need a mechanical and electrical enclosure built to their module footprint.

  • Complete racks. Frame, trays, busbar, harness, rack BMS, fuse and breaker, tested and ready for cells.
  • Bare frames. Fabricated, coated and drilled to your drawing, for integrators who fit their own electricals.
  • Retrofit racks. Lithium racks sized to replace an existing lead acid string in the same floor space.
  • Contract manufacture. Your design, your part number, built in Dammam under your quality plan and your brand.
01Cutting and forming

Laser cutting and CNC bending of sheet steel and aluminium, to tolerances that let modules slide in without shimming.

02Welding and finish

Jig welded frames, pre-treatment and powder coating in the RAL of your choice, with C3 to C5 corrosion classes available.

03Copper and harness

Busbar punching, bending and tinning, plus wiring harnesses and voltage sense looms built and labelled to schedule.

04Test and dispatch

Continuity, hi-pot and torque verification on every rack, with export crating and full traceability by serial number.

Why this matters for local content

Local content is scored on the value added inside the Kingdom, not on where the cell was born. Rack fabrication, busbar work, assembly, testing and packing are the steps that carry real weight in an IKTVA or Local Content and Government Procurement Authority calculation, and they are also the steps that create Saudi jobs. Building racks here moves a meaningful share of every storage project onto your in-Kingdom side of the ledger.

If you are a storage integrator already selling into Saudi Arabia and you need a local manufacturing partner to satisfy that requirement, this is exactly the arrangement we are set up for.

Size it yourself

Modularity, in the only terms that matter.

Storage projects grow. Move the slider to see what a block of containers gives you in energy, power, land and runtime, then send that configuration straight to our proposals team.

4
Total energy20.1MWh usable at BOL
Continuous power10.0MW at 0.5C
Land take178m² with service access
Runtime at 5 MW4.0hours

Indicative figures for planning. Final energy depends on cell selection, depth of discharge and the duty cycle we agree with you.

The question is no longer how big to build. It is how small you can start without closing off what comes next.

A block that begins at 10 MWh and reaches 60 MWh uses the same foundation detail, the same EMS architecture and the same spare parts. Phase the spend against your cash flow and your load growth instead of committing everything at financial close.

Every added container is a repeat of a tested unit, not a new engineering exercise.

Where it earns its keep

Sectors we are building for.

The Kingdom is adding renewable capacity faster than it is adding flexibility, and the same is true across the Gulf. These are the places where storage pays back first.

Utility scale firming

Shift solar output into the evening peak, hold frequency, and defer transmission upgrades on constrained feeders.

4 to 8 hour duration

Industrial peak shaving

Cut demand charges, ride through voltage dips, and protect process lines where a two second interruption costs a full batch.

Petrochemical, cement, food

Data centres

Lithium UPS backup and grid services from the same asset, sized for the density that AI workloads are pushing into every new hall.

High rate, short duration

Oil, gas and remote sites

Hybridise diesel at wellheads, camps and pipeline stations. Fewer fuel convoys, quieter sites, lower maintenance hours.

Solar plus storage plus genset

EV charging hubs

Deliver 350 kW charging on a modest grid connection. The buffer absorbs the peak so the utility upgrade can wait.

Grid connection relief

Water and desalination

Smooth pump loads, hold plant availability through grid events, and pair storage with the solar that increasingly drives these plants.

Continuous process protection

Construction and rental

Temporary power for shutdowns, tunnelling and events, available for hire from Dammam or for purchase into a rental fleet.

Mobile units, fast mobilisation

Villas and compounds

Rooftop solar stored for the evening, with automatic backup that keeps cooling and lighting running through an outage.

5 to 30 kWh stacks
Why factory built wins

Site work is the expensive part. So we moved it indoors.

A container is assembled, wired, filled and tested on a line where every step is repeatable. What reaches your site is a unit that has already run, not a kit of parts waiting for a good week of weather and a full crew.

01 SCHEDULE

Weeks, not seasons

Foundations and cabling run in parallel with our build. Units land pre-tested, so commissioning is measured in days and grid connection windows stop dictating the programme.

02 COST

You save twice

Automation and repeatable workflows cut labour and waste at build. Standard parts then cut downtime and swap-out time for the next fifteen years.

03 CAPITAL

Phased, not front loaded

Deploy the capacity you need now and add blocks as load or incentives arrive, instead of one large outlay against a forecast.

04 RISK

Fewer interfaces

Battery, conversion, cooling, protection and controls come from one contract with one point of accountability, and one FAT report that covers them together.

Questions we are asked

Before you send an enquiry.

The answers procurement teams and consulting engineers ask for first. Anything more specific, put it in the enquiry form and an engineer will answer it.

Where are Paprsky Energy storage systems manufactured?

In Dammam, Eastern Province, by Stralen Aero Company. Fabrication, coating, assembly and factory testing all take place in the Kingdom, which is what carries value under IKTVA and Local Content and Government Procurement Authority scoring. Local content is measured on value added inside the Kingdom, not on where the cell was made.

What battery chemistry do you use?

Lithium iron phosphate, known as LFP, selected for thermal stability, cycle life and cost. It is now the default chemistry for stationary storage worldwide. Cells are grade A from tier one manufacturers, supplied in matched batches so that capacity and internal resistance spread within a string stays tight.

What is the delivery lead time?

Typically 16 to 24 weeks from a confirmed order. The pace is set by cell and power conversion lead times rather than by factory capacity. Racks and cabinets can be quicker where modules are already held in stock, and we will tell you honestly which part of the schedule is fixed and which is not.

Will the systems hold up in Saudi summer conditions?

Containerized systems are liquid cooled and rated for 50 degrees Celsius ambient, with C5-M coating for coastal and marine sites. Cooling is sized against the design ambient temperature rather than a catalogue figure taken at 35 degrees, because an undersized chiller shortens cell life quietly and the damage only shows years later.

Do you supply battery racks separately from complete systems?

Yes, and it is a core part of what we do. Racks are available complete with busbar, harness, rack BMS and protection, as bare frames built to your drawing, as retrofit racks sized to replace an existing lead acid string in the same floor space, and as contract manufacture under your own part number and brand.

Which standards are the products designed and tested to?

IEC 62619, IEC 62933, UL 1973, UL 9540A, UN 38.3, NFPA 855 and NFPA 69, IEC 60529 IP55, ISO 12944 C5-M, the Saudi grid code, IEEE 1547, IEC 61850 and SASO conformity. Certification packs are prepared per project and per destination market, and we name individually the certificates we hold rather than making blanket claims.

What exactly is included in a ready to energise delivery?

The unit complete, internally wired, factory tested, with protection settings loaded, the energy management system configured to your grid code, full documentation and a spare parts list. You provide the foundation or plinth, the incoming and outgoing cables, the grid connection and utility approval, permits, crane access and the site earthing grid. The boundary is written into every quotation as a numbered list.

Can you support projects outside Saudi Arabia?

Yes. We ship across the Gulf from Dammam port, with export crating, UN 38.3 documentation and class 9 dangerous goods handling arranged through a certified forwarder. Commissioning and service outside the Kingdom is quoted per project.

Tell us the load, we will size the system.

The more you can share about consumption, tariff and site conditions, the closer the first number will be. If you only know the megawatt hours, that is enough to start.
